The Land Commissioners, Greetings: I have one lo'i at Keaaholo [Keaahala?] in Kaneohe; Panalaau is the konohiki. In the mo'o of Ku I have two lo'i. In the land of Kakahimoku I have two salt mo'o. In the mo'o of Moanauli I have two lo'i. There is a kula inland. A kula hau /hau clump/ is in the land of Haae. I have three mala of sweet potatoes, seaward of Ulupau, in Kaneohe. /In/ the kula of the land of Keawe I have one lo'i. I got these in the time of Keaniani.

The title is from Makahi in the year 1845. No. 2 from Haae in the year 1856, No. 3, 4, & 5 from his ancestors in the time of Kamehameha I. No. 6 from Panalaau in the time of Liliha. No. 7 from Moanauli in the time of Liliha. No one has disputed his claims up to the present time.
