Greetings to you, the Commissioners to Quiet Titles, in your work for the Kingdom: I hereby describe my lots which were from my makuas, and the trees which were planted, which were from them, which I have at this time. Lot 1. The first lot has a total circumference of 132 fathoms. Only a small part is suitable for cultivation. It is mostly sea cliff and no trees are planted there at this time, but perhaps later. However, there are some kou trees, which were planted by someone else. There are three trees. Lot. 2. The second lot is the one where the planted things are. Kaainahuna's grandparents and parents had enclosed the lot. 4 houses for Kaainahuna and his people. Kaaimahuna's parents had planted 34 coconut trees, and 1 Kou tree. Very old land for grandparents and parents before Kamehameha I, it was bequested to Kaluhimoku and Kaainahuna after their /folks/ death and it has been that way to this day. There is only one objection unless Kaainahuna decides to sell his interest.
Kekoi, sworn, Both he and Kaluhimoku have known in the same way.
