The Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby state my claim. I have one mo'o, a kula. A kula planted in wauke is in the mo`o of Kamakahonu at Palai. A clump of bamboo is inland. Kamakahonu is the Konohiki at Maunawili in Kailua. In the land of Namomi in Omao is a mala of 'ai /dry land taro, or sweet potatoes/ and some other things and a house site. I got these in the time of Kaiakoili. Island of Oahu.

Kaiuikahi, sworn, I have truly rejected all my claim in Oneawa and have ten dollars for this action, just as Tute have related in the above, statements, therefore I have no claim in the least there, I have completely separated myself from that land and the claim shall be for the konohiki.$4.00 paid by Tute to commissioners.
