Whereas, the award was made by survey, the description of which is found on page 546of Volume 4 of Land Commission Awards on file in the Department of Land and Natural Resources, State of Hawaii; and
Whereas, Apana 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, are fully situated within the lands awarded to Kapae under Land Commission Award No. 7073, more particularly described and delineated in Exhibit "A."
