Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by the Estate of Clarence Nakahara, Deceased, c/o Michael J. Matsukawa, Co-Trustee, whose address is 75-5722 Kuakini Highway, Suite 201, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740, claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the award was made by survey, the description of which is found on page 634 of Volume 8 of Land Commission Awards, on file in the Department of Land and Natural Resources; State of Hawaii, and
Whereas, there is no government commutation due thereon.
