Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by Richard M. Frazier and Nancy B. Frazier, Co-Trustees of the Richard M. Frazier and Nancy B. Frazier Joint Revocable Trust dated July 29, 1985, whose address is Post Office Box 390067, Keauhou, Hawaii 96739, claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the award was made by survey, the description of which is found on page 577 of Book 8 of Land Commission Awards, on file in the Department of Land and Natural Resources; State of Hawaii, and
Whereas, there is no government commutation due t ....
