Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by Richard M. Frazier and Nancy B. Frazier, Co-Trustees of the Richard M. Frazier and Nancy B. Frazier Joint Revocable Trust dated July 29, 1985, whose address is Post Office Box 390067, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96739, claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the award was made by survey, the description of which is found on page 572 Volume 4 of Land Commission Awards, on file in the Department of Land and Natural Resources; State of Hawaii, and
Whereas, there is no government commutation due thereon.
