Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by its decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 8559-B, Apana 3 to Wm. C. Lunalilo, an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by Helen N. Bernard and Lily N. Bernard, claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, there is no government commutation due thereon.
Now, Therefore, the State of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the State of Hawaii, by this Patent makes known to all men that it has this day granted and confirmed absolutely, in Fee Simple, unto Wm. C. Lunalilo, all the land situate at Makapala in the District of North Kohala, Island of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, bounded and described as follows:
Being a portion of Land Commission Award 8559-B, Apana 3, to Wm. C. Lunalilo, situate at Makapala, North Kohala, Hawaii, containing an area of 53,175 square feet, more or less, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and deli ....
