Land Patent No. S-8570 Issued In Confirmation of Land Commission Award
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by its decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 191, Portion of Apana 3 to M. Kekauonohi, an estate in fee simple in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by the Trustees under the Will and of the Estate of James Campbell, Deceased, claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the government commutation in the sum of Eighty and 32/100 Dollars ($80.32) due thereon has been paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.
Now, Therefore, the State of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the State of Hawaii, by this Patent makes known to all men that it has this day granted and confirmed absolutely, in Fee Simple, unto M. Kekauonohi, all the land situate at Kuloloia in the District of Honolulu, Island of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, bounded and described as follows:

Portion of Land Commission Award 191, Apana 3 to M. Kekauonohi
Kuloloia, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii
Beginning at the east corner of this parcel of land, the south corner of Lot 2 as shown on Map 1 of Land Court Application 230 and on the northwest side of Alakea Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Punchbowl" being 2038.84 feet South and 4576.71 feet West, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South:
1. 51° 03" 45.14 feet along the northwest side of Alakea Street;
2. 140° 00" 30.70 feet along Grant 3211 to Pilali;
3. 231° 03" 45.50 feet along Lot A-1 as shown on Map 2 of Land Court Application 858;
4. 320° 40" 30.70 feet along Lot 2 as shown on Map 1 of Land Court Application 230 to the point of beginning and containing an Area of 1391 Square Feet.
