Land Patent No. S-8562 Issued In Confirmation of Land Commission Award
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by its decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 8524-B, Part 3 to Peke, an estate of Freehold Less than Allodial in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by Francis K. Akana, Jr. (whose wife is Annie A. Akana) and Nani H. Akana (widow), claiming to be the present owners of portions of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, this Award was made by name only and a proper description of survey of portions thereof has been filed with the Department of Land and Natural Resources, and
Whereas, the Government Commutation due on those portions of said Award hereinafter described, including interest and statutory fee, amounting to Nine an ....
