Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by its decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 10218 to Z. Makaulia, an estate of Freehold Less than Allodial in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by Yee Hop, Limited, a Hawaii corporation, claiming to be the present owner of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, this Award was made by name only and a proper description of survey of a portion thereof has been filed with the Department of Land and Natural Resources, and
Whereas, the Government Commutation due on that portion of said Award hereinafter described, including interest and statutory fee, amounting to One Thousand Eighty and 55/100 Dollars ($1,080.55), has been paid at the Department of Land and Natural Resources,
Now, Therefore, the State of Hawaii, i ....

To Have And To Hold the above granted land unto the said Z. Makaulia, his heirs and assigns forever; subject, however, to the rights and reservation above set forth.
In Witness whereof, The State of Hawaii, has caused the Seal of the Department of Land and Natural Resources to be hereunto affixed and this Patent to be duly executed by [struck out illegible words] the Chairman and Member of the Board of Land and Natural Resources this 17th day of November, A.D. 1969.
