Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 8524B, Part 3 to Peke, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereinafter described, and

Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by William R. Eastman and Vida R. Eastman, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety, claiming to be the present owners of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and

Whereas, this Award was made by name only and a proper description of survey of a portion thereof has been filed with the Department of Land and Natu ....
