Land Patent No. S-8537 Issued In Confirmation of Land Commission Award
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 8559B, Apana 20 to W.C. Lunalilo, an estate of Freehold less than allodial in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands Board of Land and Natural Resources by Nathaniel Felzer, husband of Ann Felzer, and George K. Yamashiro, husband of Sheila K. Yamashiro, claiming to be the present owners of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the Government Commutation was released by resolution of the Privy Council dated August 27, 1850, for the surrender by him of various lands to the Government as set forth in Volume 10 page 481 of Land Commission Awards, and ....
