Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 3237:3 to Hewahewa, an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by James F. Carvalho and Dorothy M. Carvalho, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety, claiming to be the present owners of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, this award was made by survey, the description of which is found on Page 710 of Volume 3, of Land Commission Aw ....
