Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 6236 to Kaaiawaawa, an estate of Freehold Less than Allodial in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by those persons named on the insert page attached hereto and made a part hereof, and to the extent stated thereon, claiming to be the present owners of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and

To Have And To Hold the above granted land in Fee Simple, absolute unto the said Kaaiawaawa and the heirs and assigns of the said Kaaiawaawa forever, subject, however, to the reservation hereinabove set forth.
In Witness whereof, The Governor of the Territory State of Hawaii, has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory State to be hereunto affixed, this 14 day of December, A.D. 1959.
