Land Patent No. 8494 Issued In Confirmation of Land Commission Award

Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 3399 to Pae, an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described, and

Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Mrs. Winnie Fong claiming to be the present owner of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and

Whereas, this Award, was made by survey, the description of which is found on Page 371, of Volume 4, of Land Commission Awards, on file in the Office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, and

Whereas, there is no Government Commutation due thereon

Now, Therefore, the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with t ....
