Land Patent No. 8474 Issued In Confirmation of Land Commission Award
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 6236 to Kaaiawaawa, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Heirs of James Robinson, claiming to be the present owners of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, this Award, of which the parcel hereinbelow is a part, was made by survey, the description of which is found on Page 566, of Volume 10 of Land Commission Awards, on file in the Office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, and
Whereas, the Government commutation thereon, including interest and statutory fee, amounting to Six Hundred Thirty-two and 57/100 Dollars ($632.57 ....
