Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 135-B to Kahakumakaliilii, an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by H.P. Hustace, the present owner of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the award was made by survey, the description of which is found on Page 318 of Volume 4 and Pages 301-302 of Volume 3, of Land Commission Awards, on file in the Office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, and ....

To have and to hold the above granted land in Fee Simple, absolute unto the said Kahakumakaliilii and the heirs and assigns of Kahakumakaliilii forever.
In Witness whereof, The Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory to be hereunto affixed, this 9th day of October A.D. 1936
