Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 1985 to Lilipi, an estate of Freehold less than Allodialin the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Hisa Mukai, the present owner of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, this award was made by Survey, the description ....
