Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 10806, Part 13 to H.M. Kamehameha, an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Jennie R. McLean, the present owner of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, this Award was made by ....
