Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 5077 to Kao an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described;

And Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by The Koloa Sugar Company, present owner, for a patent of the land herein described, and

Whereas, there is no Governme ....
