Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 6450, Apana 2 award to Kaunuohua an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described;
And Whereas, proper application for a Patent has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Hawaiian Trust Company, Limited, and Father H. Valentin, Trustees under the Will and the Estate of John Ena, Deceased, the present owner of a portion of said Award as herein described, and
