Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 6236 award to Kaaiawaawa an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described;
And Whereas, proper application for a Patent has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands, by the Oahu Railway and Land Company, the present owner of a portion of said Award as herein described, and
Whereas, proper surveys defining the boundaries of same has been duly filed, and
Whereas, the Government Commutation thereon, amounting to Eighty-one and 60/100 Dollars($81.60) has been duly paid, now ....
