Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 11215, Apana 2 award to Aarona Kealiihonui an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described;
And, whereas, proper application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands for a Land Patent, by Yee Yap and Lum Young Kan, the present owners of the herein described land, and whereas, proper surveys defining the boundaries of same having been duly filed and the Government commutation thereon, amounting to Thirty-five and 50/100 Dollars ($35.50), having been duly paid,
