Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land CommissionMahele Award No. 44 Apanas 1 and 2 award to Kalaau, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Nannie R. Rice for a Patent to the herein described land, the boundaries of which have been determined by a Commissioner of Boundaries, and the Government Commutation thereon amounting ....
