Land Patent No. 8207 In Confirmation of Land Commission Award
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 5524 award to L. Konia, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by F.S. Dodge for and on behalf of the Trustees under the Will of Bernice Pauahi Bishop for a Patent to the herein described land, and whereas a certificate of boundaries defining the same has been duly filed, and the Government Commutation thereon was released by resolution of the Privy Council, dated August 26th, 1850
Therefore, the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the Laws of the
United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, by this Patent makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed absolutely, in Fee Simple, unto L. Konia, all of the land situate at Lumahai, in the District of Halelea, Island of ....

.... er of this land; thence following round range of mountains in a Northwest direction to Namoolokama the end of survey on Eastern boundary of this land (see plan), and containing an area of Three thousand one hundred and Fifty acres, more or less (3150)acres.
N.B. At all practical places on this survey and where desirable, marks have been put in the ground, either a stone with broken bottle beneath or a trench with a broken bottle in the center [diagram 3 petals in triangle or upside down Y] thus.

Containing 3150 Acres, more or less.
To have and to hold the above granted land in Fee Simple, absolute unto the said L. Konia, and his [her] heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness whereof, The Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory to be hereunto affixed, this 23rd day of March, A.D. 1910.
