Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 11216 Apana 13 award to M. Kekauonohi, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application having been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Messers Ballou and Marx, Attorneys for the Estate of J.W. Austin, the present owner of the Ahupuaa of Kapualei, Kumueli and Awawaie, for a Land Patent of the herein described lands, and whereas proper survey defining the same having been duly ....

To have and to hold the above granted land in Fee Simple, absolute unto the said M. Kekauonohi, and his [her] heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness whereof, The Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory to be hereunto affixed, this 27th day of August, A.D. 1906.
