Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 6245 Part 2 award to Kalaeokekoi, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application having been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by C.W. Booth, for and on behalf of Elizabeth K. Booth, the present owner, for a Land Patent of the herein described land, and whereas a certificate of boundaries defining the same having been duly filed, and the Government Commutation thereon amounting to Fifty 00/100 ($50.00/100) Dollars, having been duly paid,
