Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 1280 5572B Apana 2 [5572B for Hanapepe Kauai] award to Kaaha, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application having been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by W.W. Thayer and C.R. Hemenway Attorneys for Mrs. Agnes C. Galt for a Patent of the herein described land, and whereas proper surveys defining the boundaries of same having been duly filed, and the Government Commutation thereon amounting to Seventy-eight 00/100 ($78 00/100) Dollar ....
