Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 5663 Apana 2 award to Kahonu, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application having been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by R. Ludloff, Attorney for Mrs. Kailihune, the present owner for a Land Patent of the herein described land, and whereas a certificate of boundaries defining the same having been duly filed, and the Government Commutation thereon amounting to Thirty-four 80/100 ($34 80/100) Dollars having been duly paid,
Therefore, the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the Laws of the
United States of America and of the Territory of Hawai ....
