Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet land titles did by Land Commission Award No. 7130 award to Kinimaka, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereinafter described:
And whereas proper application having been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by J.F. Colburn for and on behalf of the Kapiolani Estate Limited, a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the Territory of Hawaii for a Patent on the herein described land, and whereas the Government Commutation thereon amounting to Eighteen and 40/100 ($18 40/100) Dollars having been duly paid,
Therefore, the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the Laws of the
United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, by this Patent makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed absolutely, in Fee Simple, unto M. Kinimaka, all of the land situate at Honoulimaloo, in the District of Kona, Island of Molokai, bounded and described as follows:

.... neeleele, Land Commission Award 4687 to Lawelawe, and Land Commission Award 6288 to Kealohanui, all in Honouliwai, to a long stone at old road called Pohakuloihi, and marked thus X, From this stone the Government Survey Station Mokuhooniki bears North 59° 55" East true Lupehu Station North 44° 6" East and Kumimi South 41° 34" West true, Thence
26. South 29° 00" East true 190 feet along Honouliwai down pali to a rock marked thus X on makai side of Government road at Sea at a place called Koamanini;
27. Thence along sea coast to initial point. The direct bearing and distance being: North 40°[?] 20" East true 4860 feet.

To have and to hold the above granted land in Fee Simple, absolute unto the said Kinimaka, and his heirs and assigns forever.
