Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet land titles did by Land Commission Award No. 9971 award to W.P. Leleiohoku, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by F.S. Dodge on behalf of the Trustees under the Will of Bernice P. Bishop, the present owner of the Ahupuaa of Kamalo, in the District of Kona, Island of Molokai for a Patent of the herein described land, and a Certificate of Boundari ....
