To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby petition for my claim for eight irrigated lo'i in the kahawai /valley/, one dry lo'i, and one kula. There are four lo'i above, and one house lot.
The boundaries are: on the north, a stream, on the east are the lo'is of Kaniu, on the south is a pali, on the west are the lo'is of I. Napela, and of Z. Kaauwai.
The lo'is above are bounded as follows: on the north are the lo'is of Kaukaliu, on the east are the lo'is of Kaauwai, on the west is a lo'i hakuone and Ue's lo'is, on the south is a house lot, adjoining Pohakukapu on the northwest.
