Upon Confirmation of the Land Commission
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto Aarona Keliiahonui, Land Commission Award 11215 Apana 1, an Estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the Land hereafter described; and whereas
proper application having been made to the Minister of the Interior by W.R. Castle for and on behalf of the Onomea Sugar Company, a Corporation duly Incorporated under the Laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom, for a Royal Patent on the within described land, The Government Commutation amounting to Six Hundred and Sixty six 66 ($666.66/100) having been paid.

Containing 14000 Acres more or less; excepting and reserving to the Hawaiian Government all mineral or metallic mines of every description.
To Have and to Hold the above granted Land in Fee Simple unto the said Aarona Keliiahonui Heirs and Assigns forever, subject to the taxes to be from time to time imposed by the Legislative Council, equally upon all landed Property held in Fee Simple.
In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, and caused the Great Seal of the Hawaiian Islands to be affixed, this 28th day of August, 1890.
