Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto Akahi, Kuleana Helu 5368, Apana 3 An estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas proper application having
been made by Bernice Pauahi Bishop, the present owner, to the Minister of Interior for a Royal Patent on the within described land, the Government commutation amounting to Thirty-Three & 33/100 Dollars having been duly paid.
