Upon Confirmation by the Land Commission.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto M. Kaina, Land Commission Award 88 555, (8555) an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas proper application having been made to the Minister of the Interior for a Royal Patent on the same and the Government Commutation thereon amounting to Eighteen 75/100 Dollars having been paid

To Have and to Hold the above granted Land in Fee Simple, unto the said M. Kaina, Heirs and Assigns forever, subject to taxes to be from time to time imposed by the Legislative Council, equally upon all Landed Property held in Fee Simple.
In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, and caused the Great Seal of the Hawaiian Islands to be affixed, this 20th day of December, 1880.
