Upon Confirmation by the Land Commission.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto William Harbottle, Kuleana Helu 2937 Part 2 Section 1, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas George N. Harbottle and Mrs. Kuanalewa[?] Namokueha, the present owners of the said land, have ....

.... o Hold the above granted Land in Fee Simple, unto the said William Harbottle, Heirs and Assigns forever, subject to taxes to be from time to time imposed by the Legislative Council, equally upon all Landed Property held in Fee Simple.
