Upon Confirmation by the Land Commission.
Whereas, The Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto Keonikapu, Helu 8613, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas the present occupier of the land has made application to the Minister of the Interior for a Royal Patent on the same, and has paid the Government commutation thereon amounting to Thirty one 25/100 (31.25) dollars, the same being the one fourth of the unimproved value of the same
