Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I, Kekualike, hereby state my claim to you. In Waipao are three moku mau`u* which have been completely lost to the foreigner. Those are the best places for cultivation in our land, therefore I state to you that I have a right to it. The witnesses are Kaumana and Kala.
Furthermore, there is a moku mau`u at Palauea One; Kaumana is the witness.
At Keauhou is one moku mau`u; P ....
