Upon Confirmation by the Land Commission
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto Keawehano, Helu 11 (1/2 Ili-aina Poloke) [No. 11MA] an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas Lukalikia, the present occupier of the One-half Ili aina of “Poloke” has presented to the Minister of the Interior, a certificate of the Commissioner of Boundaries for the Island of Oahu, defining the boundaries of the said One-half ili-aina, as hereinafter described, and has paid into the Royal Exchequer the sum of Ten Dollars ....

To have and to hold the above granted Land in Fee Simple, unto the said Keawehano, his Heirs and Assigns forever, subject to the taxes to be from time to time imposed by the Legislative Council, equally upon all Landed Property held in Fee Simple.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, and caused the Great Seal of the Hawaiian Island to be affixed, this fifth (5th) day of October 1875.
