To the President of the Land Commissioners and the other four Commissioners whom the Mo'i has appointed to investigate land titles in the Hawaiian Islands: I hereby state, since I was directed by the Minister of Finance of the Government to tell of my lands from the Mo'i and enter the two claims from the Minister.
