Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my claim for my land claim, Pilipili II. It is in the Ahupua`a of Waialua by Island of Molokai.
It is 9 chains 1 fathom on the east side, on the west side, 3 chains 4 fathoms, again, on the west, 2 chains, on the south side 5 chains 7 fathoms, again on the own south side of this land, 7 fathoms. However, there remains a portion of this land on the north, south and west which I have not measured; however, I will report it to you, the Land Commissioners.

Decision; Apana 1 will be resurveyed on the line of large rocks on the pali -- that is the boundary above, descending and adjoining with Ikeole. The remainder above will be for the Konohiki; Kaoili agrees. The ko'ele of the Konohiki will be removed, also.
