The Government of the Republic of Hawaii makes known to all men that:
Whereas, Waolele Opio the present holder of Patent No. 4530 on Land Commission Award No. 28 to Kaaihinahina, has represented to the Commissioners of Public Lands that said Patent is in error, that is to say, while the plan of the land is shown correctly, the metes and bounds describing the same contain errors that render them to a considerable extent meaningless and now praying that the said metes and bounds o ....
