The Land Commissioners, greetings: I hereby state my claims in the land of Anahola, island of Kauai. There is a small area of land named Kikii which was given me by Kaikioewa, and I occupy it at this time, and also a kula, perhaps 6 acres, and also a lo`i, named Kuemonu, in the `ili of Olekaua. I received this lo`i and the kula from Debora Haakulou when she was in Anahola, in 1836. I have two house lots, with a pond adjoining one of my house claims. There are two mala of noni.

Sections 1, 2, 4, and 6 from Debola in 1836, peaceful. Kekuaula received section 3 from the Konohiki in 1839.
In 1867 Kolia obtained the land property through a sale.
D. Kolia received section five because of his status as a school teacher, no objections.
Mumuku (w), sworn, she has seen D. Kolia's land in Anahola, her husband was Konohiki from 1843-1849 and D. Kolia has lived in Anahola since 1835 to the present as a teacher, also as a district judge.
She has heard Naololi's statements and sustains them as true and accurate.
