I, Ualani, occupy a house lot in the city of Honolulu, Island of Oahu. Formerly I lived in my own place. Kuakini took my place for a road and said to me that he would give me a place. However, I did not get it, and later Kaiole took me to his place, and I went with him and he equally divided his place. .... by the Word of God and stated, "This property is in Honolulu here and the boundaries are the same as has been mentioned here by Kaka. When Kuakini was governor of Oahu he asked for Ualani's property and he did consent for it to be used as a road, but I have not known that Kuakini had given him a replacement. I have seen him building a house for himself on the place he is cleaning now, but I think his place has been from Kuakini. I have not seen anyone else living there except for Kaiole only."
