ROYAL PATENT,
UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE LAND COMMISSION
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto Joaquin Armas (Kuleana Helu 962, apana 1) an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas said Joaquin Armas has paid into the Royal Exchequer the sum $17.50 as commutation for the Government right in this lot.

.... above granted land in Fee Simple, unto the said Joaquin Armas, heirs and assigns forever, subject to the taxes to be from time to time imposed by the Legislative Council equally, upon all landed property held in Fee Simple.
