Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners: I hereby explain my lands which are cultivated here in Kapaula, to which I believe I have a right. Mahina I was given by Mokuhalii. Its length is 45, and its width as 15. My occupancy was before the death of Keopuolani.
The second cultivated place was given by Makaikilani. Its length is 6, its width is 3. I have planted there for 5 years.
Cultivated place 3 was given by this same person, its length is 7, its width is 4 and I have planted there ....
