I, Kanakaole, hereby state that I have an 'ili in the Ahupua'a of Keopuka, Island of Molokai. Its name is Niheu and and it is 188 long by 35 wide.
There is also a kula, Pohakuakoo, which is 524 fathoms long by 335 fathoms wide. This 'ili enters into the mountain area. From ancient times this has been an 'ai kupono*, to the third generation. The konohikis have been: Lai 1, Lai 2, Kaiama, Aki, Pihana, Kaniau. I also have some witnesses.
