UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE LAND COMMISSION
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto The American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas by Royal Patent No. 1600 of this series, said land was confirmed to said Board in fee simple and whereas by authority of said Board a&n ....

.... the above granted land in Fee Simple, unto the said Maria Ogden, her heirs and assigns forever, subject to the taxes to be from time to time imposed by the Legislative Council equally, upon all landed property held in Fee Simple.
