Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto S. Reynolds, R.G. Davis, R.W. Holt, Andrew Auld, C.C. Harris & C.S. Burton[?] as Trustees of the Oahu Charity School, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas the Government has relinquished its claim on Land Commission No. 8511 parts one & two by a resolution passed in ....

Burton[?] as Trustees of the Oahu Charity School, heirs and assigns forever, subject to the taxes to be from time to time imposed by the Legislative Council equally, upon all landed property held in Fee Simple.
In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the Hawaiian Islands to be affixed, this 13th day of March 1855.
